Meet Our Team

Brittany Bates - Metro Phoenix Manager

My name is Brittany, I started Paws n’ Critters with my mom, Sandy, when it began in August, 2009. I have moved to Chandler to expand the Paws n’ Critters business to the Metropolitan Phoenix Area beginning May 1st, 2014. I am excited about the challenge of opening up another area and starting with Ahwatukee, Chandler and Tempe. Most of our pet sitting is cats and dogs and I find it exciting to come upon a different job that has many different types of pets, especially exotic and reptile care. I love all creatures, from bats to goats to snakes!

I have been a volunteer in many capacities in the Tucson area, such as a wildlife rehabilitation volunteer to working with the Pet VIP program at a local shelter. I look forward to making new connections in the Phoenix area and helping out with your pets!

My passion has always been about pets and it’s exciting to run a business that I have a passion for!

I look forward to taking care of your precious pets and growing the business with professional pet lovers!

Hannah Froehlich

Hello! I’m Hannah a recent graduate of the University of Arizona earning a degree in Art Education. Tucson has been my home for the past four years and have worked for Paws n’ Critters for the last two years in Tucson. I have recently moved back to Phoenix, where I originally grew up! From early childhood I was introduced to a variety of animals. Riding horses, working on farms, and having a multitude of feline and canine friends. I had two dogs in my family growing up. Trevor was a Golden Retriever and passed away in Summer of 2014, and Bentley who is a rescue ShihTzu and still lives in Phoenix with me and my family.

I have been caring for the furry kids of families for over eight years, and I enjoy sharing my love for animals through working for Paws n’ Critters!
