Overnight Services

We offer two different types of Pet Sitting Services while you are away from home.

We stay at your home for our 16-hour extended day/night service in a 24-hour period, coming and going for 8 hours. Your pets can stay in their everyday routine as we stay overnight (feeding them breakfast in the morning and dinner at night, as well as a morning walk if that is desired). The 16-hour stay is designed with your pet in mind. The 8 hours away can be broken up in 2 segments, with your sitter coming back midday to stay/play. Your sitter stays in your home for 16 hours!
The 11-hour stay is a good option for cats or dogs that don’t need midday potty breaks. This works great for homes that have doggie doors or for cats that are okay with a little alone time. If you don’t have a doggie door for your dog to go in/out, we encourage the 16-hour stay or 3 times per day pet sits!

11 hour -$90.00
16 hour -$135.00 - can go as high as $185.00 dependent upon the number of pets and special needs or extended length of time past 16 hours.

30 minute pet-sit rates are $26.00-$30.00 per visit and determined upon booking and confirmed at the consultation.

Housesitting Services—Extended Duration Away From Home (With No Pets at Home)

Let us keep an eye on your property so that small problems don’t become larger problems while you are away. This service starts at $30 and can be up to $50 for each home (depending upon size and requests) If we need to arranging a drop-in for a service provider to gain entry or phone calls, are billed at $30.00 for the first 30 minutes and an additional $30.00 per 30 minutes for one event/wait for repair if scheduled outside the regular home check.

Home check includes: Exterior, interior, garage, mail, and other pertinent checkpoints. Our checklist serves as a guideline for a visual inspection to determine if there is a need for a service professional to come out and inspect or repair an item that may need servicing. You should provide us with a checklist that includes names of landscapers, roofers, plumbers, and electrical or specialty service providers to come out and service your property as needed, and this should be provided at the consultation for us to keep on file.

Conduct weekly or biweekly checks (days/visits vary).
Visits for contractor services.
Checking rental homes.
Turning on/off the lights a different time, opening/closing blinds.
Picking up mail/newspapers.
Checking if pest control is needed.
Serve as an immediate contact of your home for your neighbors.
